Order Processing WindowPaid orders only move into processing on standard business weekdays; all weekends and U.S. federal holidays pause processing operations. This store runs a dropship model, so all physical inventory ships directly from contracted third-party supplier warehouses to the delivery address you enter during checkout.

Domestic US Delivery CoverageWe offer shipping to all 50 United States states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping costs auto-calculate at checkout based on package weight, dimensions and delivery zone. Two delivery speed tiers are available: standard ground shipping and expedited priority shipping with an extra surcharge. All stated delivery windows are estimated timelines and cannot be fully guaranteed due to weather, carrier backlogs and other uncontrollable logistics issues.

Automated Tracking NotificationsOnce packages are handed over to shipping carriers, an automated email containing your unique tracking number and direct carrier tracking link will be sent to your checkout email address. You can check real-time delivery status through our store order lookup page or the official carrier website.

Lost & Delivered-But-Missing Package ResolutionIf your tracking record marks the package as delivered yet you never receive the parcel, you must first submit a delivery investigation request directly to the assigned shipping carrier. After the carrier completes its internal inquiry, send your order ID and tracking number to our support team to file an official loss claim. Refunds or replacement shipments will only be processed after the carrier confirms permanent package loss.

Shipping Address Modification LimitsAll address change requests must be submitted to our support email within 12 hours after successful order payment. Once packages enter the carrier transit network, address edits can no longer be completed. Cosymori takes no responsibility for misdelivered parcels caused by inaccurate address information provided by customers.

All destination import duties, local sales taxes and customs brokerage fees are the full financial responsibility of the receiving customer.
