Return Time & Condition RulesAll eligible returns must be requested within 30 full calendar days after carrier delivery confirmation. All returned goods must stay unused, unwashed, scratch-free and complete with original retail packaging, hang tags and matching accessories. Custom personalized items, clearance final-sale goods, digital files, gift cards and opened skincare/cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

How to Submit Return RequestsSend a request email to our support mailbox, including your exact order number, clear product photos and a straightforward explanation of your return reason. Our customer care team will respond within 24 hours, conduct a full review, and issue return authorization plus printable return shipping labels once your request gets approved.

Split Return Shipping Fee Rules
- If goods arrive broken, carry factory defects, or we shipped the wrong item variant: Cosymori covers all return shipping expenses with zero cost to customers.
- If you return items due to size error, color mismatch or personal dislike: All return shipping fees fall on the buyer; original shipping fees paid at checkout will not be refunded in any case.

Refund Issuance ProcessAfter our warehouse receives and fully inspects returned items that meet all return standards, refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Delays caused by bank settlement audits are outside our control and will not result in additional compensation.

Defective Item Claim RequirementsYou must submit defect photos and your order ID to the support email within 48 hours after receiving your package. Once we verify product damage or manufacturing flaws, you may choose either a free replacement shipment or a full order refund at no extra cost.
